1What is covered
The frame is covered for the lifetime of the original owner. Metal recliner mechanisms are covered for 10 years. Coverings, cushions, motors and electrical components are covered for 2 years.
2What is not covered
Normal wear, comfort softening over time, natural variations in materials, fading, accidental damage, misuse, and pieces altered or repaired by others.
3How to make a claim
Contact your Blankspace advisor or write to care@blankandspace.com, with your receipt, your order number and photographs of the issue.
4How we put it right
We repair, replace the part, or replace the piece with the same or an equivalent model.
