Every piece starts with a conversation. By appointment, by video from anywhere, your advisor helps you choose the configuration, the covering and the details, and checks the measurements of the room and its doorways with you before anything is cut.
2Materials
Full-grain and protected leathers selected hide by hand, natural and performance fabrics, seasoned hardwoods, and foams and fillings chosen for how they feel after ten years, not ten minutes.
3The craft
Each frame is built, sprung and upholstered by hand. Seams are sewn to the curve of the piece, leathers are matched across cushions, and every piece is inspected before it leaves the workshop.
4Delivered and placed
Our delivery teams bring the piece to the room of your choice, assemble it, place it and take the packaging away. Your advisor confirms the day and time with you in advance.
5Cared for
A 10-year warranty covers frames and springing, and 2 years cover coverings, mechanisms and electrical parts. Care guidance for your covering comes with every order.
